General Terms of Use

Data, information, and applications on Cool Vision are available for use under the following conditions:

Cool Vision is a website that helps consumers purchase products offered for sale.

The content of the website is not official unless specifically stated. Data, information, and applications available through the website may change without notice. Users use the portal at their own risk.

Cool Vision is not responsible for damages, indirect or direct, that may arise from access, use, or inability to use the data, information, and applications on the portal. For the accuracy of the data obtained by the web store from other entities, Cool Vision does not guarantee anything and is therefore exempt from any liability.

In certain places, Cool Vision collects information about users (name, surname, address, phone, email, etc.). Users voluntarily provide this information to Cool Vision. Cool Vision guarantees that the data will not be misused and will not be passed on to third parties.

Users of Cool Vision are anonymous or registered. Unidentified users can use free services (e.g., viewing product data, prices, etc.). Registered users have access to some applications on the Cool Vision portal that are not available to unregistered users (e.g., receiving information about promotions, discounts, price changes, etc.). Registered users have a username and password for access, linked to the individual who registered for the service.

Users must respect the following rules:

• that the database of the Cool Vision system as well as the data itself are protected in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Law,
• that the brand Cool Vision is protected in accordance with the Law on Industrial Property.

Delivery Policy

This policy applies to the delivery of products ordered electronically, where the products will be delivered through a logistic partner to the address specified in the order under the following conditions:

The transport is charged depending on the placed order. Delivery is free for all orders over 1500 denars. For orders under 1500 denars, the delivery fee is 140 denars. Products are delivered to the entrance of the place of residence. Delivery costs are included in the final price of the product when ordering. Purchases through the web store can be made from any country and delivery is made throughout the territory of North Macedonia. Delivery is made every day, except official and non-working holidays. Products are delivered to the address specified for delivery by the buyer. The ordered product can be paid for electronically by card. Any changes regarding transportation will be publicly announced by amending this delivery policy.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive the product in a damaged or faulty condition, your funds will be fully refunded.

Refunds are made by first attaching a photo of the damaged or faulty product within 1-3 working days of receiving the order. The product must be returned in its original packaging to receive a refund.

Refunds are not valid if the product is used.
